Three of the MCPSS magnet middle schools that still have openings for the 2026-27 school year are having open houses in the upcoming week:

-- Phillips: January 10, 9 a.m.-noon; January 13, 8 a.m.-noon; or January 15, 8-11 a.m. and 3-5:30 p.m.

-- Denton: January 13, 9-11 a.m. and January 14, noon-2 p.m. 

-- Clark-Shaw: January 13, 3-6 p.m.

Dunbar, which also has openings available, may set an open house for later this month. Check the Dunbar Magnet Facebook page for updates.
