We’re thrilled to introduce Ms. Angie Daughdrill—though students can simply call her Ms. D—to Causey Middle School this year! She is a teacher for Callahan School for the Deaf & Blind and will be working alongside our visually impaired students at Causey this year.
Ms. D brings a warm spirit, patience, and a dedication to creating inclusive learning spaces. She has a passion for helping students thrive both academically and personally. We cannot wait to see the wonderful support and encouragement she brings to our Tiger family!

📚 Meet Ms. Taylor – Our New 8th Grade ELA Teacher!
Please help us welcome Ms. Laney Taylor to the Causey Middle School family!
Ms. Taylor is EXCITED to start her second year of teaching as a new member of the Tiger family. She’s a proud graduate of the University of South Alabama, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education. She’s currently continuing her studies to earn her master’s degree in the same field.
Her passion for English Language Arts shines through in everything she does — she loves the blend of creativity and critical thinking that ELA brings to the classroom.
When she’s not teaching, you can find her curled up with a good book, watching a favorite sitcom, and spending time with her four beloved pets.
We’re so excited to have her on board. Let’s give her a warm Causey welcome!
