Experience Credit

The Mobile County Public School System requires verification in several areas to determine the status of an applicant as well as the rate of pay.

Employees' salaries are based on years of experience in public schools and certification rank.  If the applicant has accumulated sick leave days in the state of Alabama, he/she has to submit documentation from the school district where the leave was accumulated.  All verifications will need to be submitted to Human Resources prior to determining salary and the appropriate number of sick days earned.
