As a peer tutor in the classroom, she consistently supports her classmates academically by offering guidance, encouragement, and patience. She takes pride in helping others understand challenging concepts and models a strong commitment to learning each day.

In addition, Maddison serves as a school Peer Helper, making her a trusted and dependable resource for students across grade levels. She is often a go-to person when peers need someone to talk to, demonstrating empathy, maturity, and strong character.

As co-captain of the JWES cheerleaders, Maddison further demonstrates leadership, teamwork, and school pride. She leads, by example, motivates her teammates, and represents John Will with integrity and enthusiasm.
