Please help us congratulate Mrs. Jennifer Fields, our new Assistant Principal!
Mrs. Fields brings 26 years of experience with the Mobile County Public School System, having served as a 5th-grade teacher, guidance counselor at the elementary, middle, and high school levels, and most recently as our Title I Facilitator and Math Interventionist right here at Indian Springs. Her dedication to students and leadership made this promotion well deserved!
She is a proud Alabama State University graduate—Go Hornets! 🐝 with a B.S. in Elementary Education, M.Ed. in School Counseling, and M.Ed. in Educational Administration.
We are excited to have Mrs. Fields continue her journey at Indian Springs in this new role!

Today, we are recognizing a teacher whose excellence embodies our motto: Excellence in Every Way, Every Day. She brings learning to life with intentional, precise instruction that helps students gain a deep understanding of their work. Her classroom is a place where curiosity grows, productive struggle is encouraged, and students gain confidence as problem solvers. We are so proud of you!

Important Dress Guidelines:
• Pajamas must be school-appropriate (no onesies, robes, shorts, spaghetti straps, or nightgowns).
• Students wearing pajamas must wear proper school shoes with a rubber bottom, like tennis shoes (no slippers, boots, crocs, or house shoes).
• Pajama bottoms should be modest (no shorts), PANTS ONLY, and tops must cover shoulders and midriff.
If pajamas do not meet these guidelines, students will be asked to change into other appropriate clothing.
We hope this special dress-up day adds some fun and holiday spirit to our class party, while keeping safety and respect in mind. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me.
