Currently some cumulative records through the 2009-10 school year are housed at the Central Office in the Records Dept.
Check with your high school Registrar before submitting request, if you graduated after 2006-07.
Requests for all years after 2009-10, should be requested from each school at this time.
An individual may request a copy of his/her transcript either by coming to the Central Office, sending a written request, or click on the redbox above to print and complete form. Then mail to P.O. Box on the form, or bring the form to Student Support Services.
The following information is needed when ordering/mailing in a request for a transcript:

The fee for requesting a transcript is five dollars ($5.00) PER COPY (Cash, Money Order or check payable to MCPSS.)
Currently we can process duplicate diplomas for graduates through the 2009-10 school year, for some High Schools. Call before ordering through us, if you graduated after 2006-07.
For ordering a duplicate for years after 2009-10, contact Registrar at your school for pricing and processing time.
Please allow approx. 2 weeks for processing once request is received by Records Dept.
