This flyer was sent home with your student. It includes instructions for completing the online registration for the 2026-2027 school year. You will also find frequently asked questions and login information on the flyer.
Please note that proofs of residency are required for every student this year. Documents can be uploaded directly through the online registration site and must be dated within 100 days of the start of school. If you are unable to upload them, you will need to bring them to the in-person registration session scheduled for this summer.

Mary G. Montgomery High School is proud to announce Alex Page as the new Head Football Coach of the Vikings!
Coach Page brings a tremendous combination of playing experience, coaching success, and leadership to the MGM football program. A native of Prattville, Alabama, he graduated from Prattville High School before continuing his football career at the University of South Alabama, where he played defensive line from 2009-2013. During his time with the Jaguars, Coach Page earned All-Sun Belt honors twice, including 1st Team All-Sun Belt recognition in 2013.
Coach Page enters his 12th season in coaching and his fifth year at MGM. Prior to joining the Vikings, he spent seven seasons at McGill-Toolen, serving as both Defensive Line Coach and Defensive Coordinator while helping lead the Yellow Jackets to the 2015 State Championship. In 2021, he coached linebackers at Spanish Fort High School before coming to Mary G. Montgomery in 2022 as the Vikings’ Defensive Coordinator. Coach Page’s passion for developing student-athletes, commitment to excellence, and dedication to building a strong program make him an outstanding choice to lead Viking Football into the future. Registration for our Summer Driver’s Ed class will take place May 26–27 (Tuesday–Wednesday) from 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM at the front bus ramp.
⚠️ Only 35 spots available!
Students must have a valid permit and at least 10 hours of driving experience with a parent.
📚 Classroom Instruction:
June 1–3 | 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM
🚘 Driving Requirement:
Students will select 2 driving days in June (1.5 hours per session).
💵 Cost:
• $175 (In-County)
• $300 (Out-of-County)
📍 Location:
Classes will be held in the portable classrooms behind MGM
🎓 Upon completion, students will receive:
✔️ Driver’s License Certificate
✔️ Boating License Certificate
✔️ Insurance Certificate

Nine students in Mrs. Dodson’s ESL program achieved a passing score on the 2026 ACCESS test. A total of 61% of MGM’s ESL students achieved their yearly English proficiency goal score! 47 Students earned incentives for passing the exam and for making their goals! Congratulations for a job well done!

Congratulations to Connor Boykin. Connor was one of the 571 students inducted into the National Technical Honor Society through Bishop State Community College. This makes it the largest chapter. Students that are inducted into this wonderful Honor Society are part of the Career and Technical Education classes. Connor takes Dual Enrollment Aviation classes at Faulkner Career and Technical Education Center. This classes are made available through Bishop State Community College.
Good morning Class of 2026! Graduation Ceremony will be May 13, 2026 at USA Mitchell Center. The doors to the venue will open at 1:00 PM and the ceremony will start promptly at 2:00 PM. As we prepare to celebrate the accomplishments of the Class of 2026 at the graduation ceremony, we ask all students, families, and guests to help us maintain a respectful and enjoyable environment for everyone in attendance. Please remember that graduation is a formal event, and every graduate deserves to have their name heard clearly as they walk across the stage. Out of respect for all students and families, noise makers of any kind, including air horns, cowbells, whistles, fans, and loud cheering devices, will not be permitted. No large signs, banners, posters, or "fat head" style banner will be allowed. In addition, strollers, car seats, umbrellas, and non-clear bags are not allowed inside the venue per USA Mitchell Center policies. All guests must follow the clear bag policy for entry. We appreciate your cooperation in helping make graduation a memorable and meaningful experience for every graduate and family.

MGM Multicultural club completed community service in partnership with DWELL Mobile. Prior to the event the club collected can goods and non-perishable for items for the organizations pantry. Students worked in the DWELL thrift storage, classroom, pantry, and storage. They were also able to take a tour of the organization and learn about different roles that benefit the families that DWELL Mobile supports.
