Baker High School receives $5,000 beautification grant

Baker High School

We are pleased to announce that Baker High School was a recipient for a $5,000 beautification grant from the Lowe’s Charitable and Education Foundation. Stephanie Tashbin, the school’s Career Academy Specialist, applied for the grant to spruce up the Freshman Academy annex. Toolbox for Education grants are reserved for school improvement projects in order to improve the communities they serve. The school used the money for a new sidewalk and landscaping. Baker High School would like to thank Lowe’s Home Improvement and Toolbox for Education for their generosity and support!

Baker High School serves about 2,400 students and is located on Airport Boulevard.
