TITLE TEACHER - MATH AND READING - ESL EXTENDED DAY PROGRAM

GENERAL INFORMATION ***THIS POSITION IS OPEN TO INTERNAL APPLICANTS (CURRENT MCPSS TEACHERS) ONLY.***

DUTIES

 

The duties include but are not limited to:

  • Small group tutorial remediation in English acquisition.
  • Assists students with Math and Reading homework projects.
  • Collaborates with classroom teachers regarding progress of students.
  • Other responsibilities include: daily record keeping, lesson planning, and all other duties as delegated by principal.
QUALIFICATIONS Must have a current valid Alabama Teaching Certificate.

Must have approval of the Principal of the school.

Must have a minimum of 3 years of MCPSS teaching experience (tenured).

SALARY RANGE $25.00 PER HOUR
