The following provides a listing of Invitations to Bid and Request for Proposals that are currently being requested by the Mobile County Public School System (MCPSS).

Instructions:

• If you are interested in receiving an ITB or RFP you must register your company. This can be done by selecting the "Forms" section, and then select Vendor Application for Bids and follow instructions. If you respond to a bid, but not registered, does not mean you will receive future ITB or RFP's.
• In order to view and print the ITB and RFP documents, you will need to download and install the free Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you already have the reader software loaded on your PC, just simply click on the bid description and the reader will open it for you. Acrobat Reader is free and is available by Clicking Here
• No Faxes or E-Mail will be accepted
  

• Addenda- All bidders that are currently registered with the Purchasing Department will receive an addenda notification by US Mail. Bidders not registered should check this site frequently for any changes. The MCPSS will not be responsible for a bidder's failure to acquire any addenda that is issued.
