Congratulations to the Tigers Baseball Team for winning the County Championship for
the second year in a row. The Tigers dominated the game from the first inning. They scored in each of their 4 innings at bat, scoring a total of 13 runs while holding Burns scoreless, for a final of 13 to 0, to end the season with a 14-2 record. Pitcher, Jesse McCord dominated the Burns hitters by throwing a one-hitter and striking out 6 batters, in 5 innings.
The Tiger's offense scored 13 runs on 15 hits. Jesse Brittain led the attack with 3 hits and 3 runs. Forrest Anderson had 3 hits and 2 runs, while Connor Albano, Casey "Blue Eyes" Hughston, and Hayden "The Hammer" Gaines all had 2 hits. Taylor Mooney had a pinch hit double and drove in 2 runs, and Jesse McCord and M.J. Morrisette added one hit each.
The Tigers set a new school record this season by outscoring their opponents 193-45.
