Recently Dr. Michelle Dumas, Principal of Eichold-Mertz Elementary School, was honored as the recipient of the Genevieve Broughton Education Award by the Mobile City Federation of Women's Clubs, Inc. The Awards Luncheon was held at the Radisson Admiral Semmes Hotel.
In order to receive this honor individuals must promote knowledge, development of character, high morals, skills and preparing oneself and/or others intellectually for a more rewarding life.
