Fonde's fourth grade students recently traveled to Yellowstone National Park-via a virtual field trip!  The students have been studying a weekly reading story titled, "Letters Home from Yosemite" the students decided to research the park and Yellowstone as well.

The exciting part of the lesson included a video conference where Park Ranger, Beth Taylor hosted a tour and answered questions.  The students were able to formulate intelligent questions to ask based on their own research.They learned about the geographic features and wildlife of both parks.
