NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING OF
THE BOARD OF SCHOOL COMMISSIONERS OF MOBILE COUNTY

Mobile, AL – Notice is hereby given that the Board of School Commissioners of Mobile County will hold a public meeting:

WHEN: Monday, September 24, 2012 at 6:00 p.m.

WHERE: The offices of the Board located at 1 Magnum Pass, Mobile, Alabama

The purposes of the meeting:

· Authorizing the issuance and sale of $100,900,000 Capital Outlay School Warrants, Series 2012 to finance various capital improvements to the educational facilities of the Board:

· Authorizing the execution and delivery of financing documents with respect to the issuance of said warrants;

· Authorizing procedures for post-issuance compliance by the Board with the provisions of federal tax law with respect to tax-exempt obligations;

· Authorizing the renewal of a $37,000,000 line of credit with Regions Bank;

· Transacting such other business or taking such further action as may be conducted or taken at a regular meeting of the Board.

The meeting shall be open to the public and all interested persons may attend.
