MCPSS Research Application
The Mobile County Public School System will allow qualified individuals and organizations to engage in professional research, surveys, and evaluation projects that align with the goals and priorities of the system. This provision applies to individuals or agencies not associated with MCPSS and to MCPSS employees conducting research outside the scope of their employment with MCPSS.
All persons interested in conducting research in MCPSS must have prior approval. Research includes, but is not limited to surveys, interviews, focus groups, and classroom observations involving MCPSS students and staff. All requests to conduct research in the Mobile County Public School System must be sensitive to available time and resources among students and staff and is typically limited to the work of doctoral studies and external research organizations.
*Research Applications must fill out the above Research Application and submit via email to Dr. Susan Hinton for review and approval.
